I advise customers to book as far in advance as you can. I like to limit my commissions, to give me the time I need to devote to each and every cake. Although I will endeavour to work to shorter lead times if possible.
Before placing an order, please check my previous work to familiarise yourself with my cake decorating. I will liaise with you via email to discuss ideas and requirements as a starting point for the design process.
To secure your date, I do require a non-refundable deposit. For larger cake orders, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required, with full payment due 2 weeks before the event.
Delivery is available for all orders. Delivery fees will apply dependant on location. A collection is also available, however, any damage caused to the cake after it leaves my care is not my responsibility. Please take the utmost care when moving and travelling with the cake.
In the event that damage to your cake occurs after the cake has left my care, I may be able to repair your cake for you, for a small fee depending on the level of damage.
Please do not store the cake in a refrigerator. Cakes will sweat and ruin if placed in a refrigerator. It’s best to store them in a cool area.
Please be careful when eating any decorations. I use toothpicks for my characters, so please carefully remove them before serving.
